Refund policy

Our Swimming Pools are made to order and are not able to be returned. For all other products, if you no longer want your product due to change of mind please note a restocking fee of up to 20% applies.  Products must be taken back unused and in their original packaging.  It is your responsibility to prepay any freight charges and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.
