Step by Step guide
Brainstorm
Take a walk-think in your potential pool space and figure out where you would like to park your fibreglass pool. Take photographs of the area if you can (you’ll need them in upcoming steps). Once you’ve done that, have a look at our wide variety of fibreglass inground pools on our site for inspiration. You should be thinking about colour, shape and size.
Chat
We promise we’ve got the friendliest customer team around so go ahead and pick up that phone. We’ll discuss your space and preferences and throw around some ideas. This is the part where photographs come in handy. When you send them over our pool experts will be able to better advise you on the best pool for your space.
Once we’ve got the aesthetic of it all down pat, we’ll talk with you about equipment options. The equipment you need will depend upon a variety of factors such as whether you want a fresh water, mineral water or salt water pool. Other equipment options can include additional features like heaters to extend your swim season. We’ll also discuss options that will help you save money on your fibreglass pool costs in the long-run.

Contract
Once you’ve made your final decisions on everything from colour to size and equipment, we will draw up a contract. That contract will be for the manufacture of your prefabricated pool in our Victorian facility. We will require a 30 percent deposit at this time.

Preparation
If you’ve never installed a pool before then our customer service experts will guide you through what you need to know about installing a fibreglass pool.
These steps will include things like consulting local council government regulations pertaining to pool construction and obtaining permits. We’ll also advise you on things you need to know about digging specifications and getting your space ready for your pool’s arrival.

Pool Drop Off
Once you’ve got permits and approval from your local council and have prepared your space, you can arrange a delivery date with us. We will then have our super careful shipment team drop your fibreglass pool off at your home.

Sweet Summer Swimming
It should take you or your installer no more than a couple of weeks to finish up your fibreglass pool installation. After that, it’s time for you and your family to make some memories.
